About the role

Serving candidates in Athens, Bethlehem, Buford, and Lawrenceville
Full-Time | Hybrid - Remote 4 days + 1 Day/Week In-Office
The hybrid role requires just 1 set day per week in our Winder office, with the rest remote.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their StartCHURCH journey.
  • Prepare, review, and process client documents with high accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track document status and meet strict deadlines.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation systems.
  • Identify errors or inconsistencies and correct them proactively.

Requirements

  • Spanish preferred
  • Previous paralegal experience or an Associate's degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to follow processes consistently and accurately
  • Solid written communication skills (Spanish/English)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with systems like Google Workspace, CRM tools, or similar
  • Prior experience in document processing, compliance, bookkeeping, or admin support preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
