Full-Time | Hybrid - Remote 4 days + 1 Day/Week In-Office
The hybrid role requires just 1 set day per week in our Winder office, with the rest remote.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their StartCHURCH journey.
- Prepare, review, and process client documents with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track document status and meet strict deadlines.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation systems.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and correct them proactively.
Requirements
- Spanish preferred
- Previous paralegal experience or an Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Ability to follow processes consistently and accurately
- Solid written communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with systems like Google Workspace, CRM tools, or similar
- Prior experience in document processing, compliance, bookkeeping, or admin support preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
