Document Specialist (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and scan physical documents for electronic processing
  • Import, index, and organize documents within the bank’s electronic records system
  • Manage mail center operations in support of the loan servicing group
  • Deliver, box, track, and store documents in accordance with retention policies
  • Audit electronic files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with and willingness to perform repetitive, process-driven tasks consistently
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as required by the role
