Document Review Professional (Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Background Required)

About the Role

Consilio is seeking detail-oriented Document Review Professionals with strong scientific knowledge to support complex review matters involving chemical compounds, structures, and related scientific documentation. Candidates with academic training in Chemistry or Medicine are strongly preferred. Individuals without these specific educational backgrounds may still be considered if you have prior document review experience involving chemical compounds and structures.

Requirements

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing with a Bar License in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Juris Doctorate (required education)
• Complete all necessary forms and clear conflicts depending on the client
• Remote work requirements:
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS on a running laptop or desktop computer
  • Active antivirus software installed
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Mobile Device: iPhone (iOS 11.0 or later) or Android device (version 7.0 or later)

• Review documents involving chemical compounds, structures, and related scientific documentation

Pay

$23/hour

Schedule

• Anticipated start date: August 24th
• Assignment duration: 7 to 9 weeks
• Hour requirement: 40 hours per week (ability to work up to 60 hours as needed)
• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am–10 pm local time
• Mandatory meetings and trainings during regular business hours
• Weekend hours subject to project needs
