Document Imaging Tech
Position Summary
Document Imaging Tech operates scanning equipment, such as high-speed scanners or multifunction devices, to convert physical documents into digital images. Organizes and sorts documents according to specific criteria to ensure they are properly prepared for scanning. Performs data entry tasks to capture, scan, and transmit relevant information from the scanned documents into the company database. Maintains file structures, naming conventions, and access controls to facilitate efficient retrieval and storage of documents. Assists in the archiving or disposal of physical documents once they have been scanned and converted to digital formats. Log, notify and deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx and USPS into internal tracking system. Performs research for missing or insufficient information. Assists in maintaining production and department records. Special projects including sending packages, processing mail and returned mail.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience data entry
- 5 days a week onsite
- Knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (case of copy paper)
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
- Experience working in healthcare industry

Pay
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
