About the Role
The Document Imaging Specialist performs all production-related tasks associated with the document imaging process. This position operates in a team environment with shared responsibilities on a quality-focused, fast-paced production line.
Responsibilities
- Prep, scan, index, and monitor quality control of all imaged documents
- Accurately track and log production statistics
- Perform other general tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
- Listening and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and speed in all production processes
- Positive attitude supporting a healthy and motivated team environment
- Basic computer and typing skills (minimum 20-30 wpm preferred)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and speed
- Ability to stand or sit for sustained periods of time
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Flexibility in schedule and commitment to schedule adherence
