About the role
The Document Imaging Specialist plays a crucial role in converting physical records into high-quality digital assets, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the document conversion process by expertly preparing, sorting, and scanning hardcopy records to deliver high-quality electronic images that meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Imaging Center team to follow production procedures and maintain accurate internal documentation for seamless project tracking.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a secure, clean, and regulatory-compliant work environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in document prep, scanning, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Strong knowledge of PC operations and computer-related products to navigate imaging software efficiently.
- Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy and detail while working at a sustained pace to meet production goals.
- Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in PC operations and imaging software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$18.75/hr – paid biweekly.
Schedule/Shifts
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm OR 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
