Responsibilities
- Create, review, control, distribute, and ensure timeliness of documents for Evapco employees.
- Train all levels of Evapco personnel using approved and certified corporate and internal documents and training techniques.
- Promote and maintain quality documentation and processes, ensuring clarity and relevance for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with staff at various levels, from entry-level to plant management, and corporate Document Control Specialists.
- Organize tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Interview subject matter experts, document technical information, and develop training materials for operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with product requirements and Evapco Procedures regarding process instructions, build techniques, and acceptable products.
- Maintain production expectations and document control standards within three months of starting the role.
- Facilitate New Hire Training sessions covering SharePoint, Pilot, and ADP systems.
- Audit and monitor training completion for employees, offering assistance as needed.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine training materials and improve usability.
- Edit and revise work instructions and standards to accommodate new or existing products or equipment.
- Contribute innovative ideas for training enhancements and organizational improvements.
- Prepare video presentations, safety procedures, and Leader/Assistant Leader Document Review Sign Offs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, scanning, electronic files, and SharePoint for daily tasks.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to collect, document, and maintain relevant data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, with a preference for an Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with SharePoint and other content management systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools, test equipment, and measurement equipment is preferred.
- Ability to understand and adhere to quality documentation standards and Document Control processes and procedures.
- Self-starter with high standards for quality, accuracy, and innovation.

Pay
The salary range is $53,000 - $62,000 per year.
