About the Opportunity:The Document Control Specialist supports the project controls team by managing document workflows and ensuring adherence to policies within contract and project documentation. This role is key to maintaining an organized and compliant document management system, facilitating timely document processing, and supporting project teams to meet contractual and operational requirements. 3. Responsibilities:• Support the Document Control Manager and team in maintaining the document management system.• Ensure compliance with document control policies and procedures.• Implement and monitor efficient workflow processes.• Manage electronic document systems.• Provide document management support to project teams.• Handle retrieval, uploading, downloading, naming, numbering, assigning, and distribution of files.• Process incoming and outgoing documentation to comply with contract requirements.• Collaborate with project leads to ensure timely document processing.• Occasionally manage day-to-day document control team operations. 4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.• 1-3 years of project experience in document control or similar role within transportation infrastructure or construction.• Experience with Microsoft Office.• Preferred experience with ProjectWise, SharePoint, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, and Microsoft 365.• Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills.• Excellent reading comprehension and written retention.• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.• Strong client relations and customer service skills.• Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.• Maintain confidentiality.• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to related policies.• Ethical decision-making and adherence to organizational codes of conduct. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Expected salary range: $70,000-$75,000 per year, varying by location and candidate qualifications. 6.
