Responsibilities
- Coordinate the workflow by helping the team keep recurring work organized by owner and status.
- Review incoming requests for completeness.
- Maintain the workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
- Track unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
Qualifications
- Use data accuracy and cross-functional coordination confidently in document control execution.
- Apply process improvement without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment in workflow management, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Role Details
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$60,000 per year.
