Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit final documentation packages (Data Books/Quality Data Packages/IOMs), including spec sheets, MTRs, inspection reports, change notices, AS BUILT drawing packages, and other required materials per purchase order or project requirements.
- Manage in-process submittals using company templates and submit documents through customer web portals or document control systems.
- Coordinate and submit monthly reports to each state and third-party agency in alignment with their specific certification program requirements.
- Submit state approval packages following release from the Engineering department.
- Work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Engineers, and Project Coordinators across multiple locations (Houston, Conroe, Brookfield, Youngstown) to gather and organize required documentation.
- Ensure documentation practices align with Quality department standards to maintain consistency and accuracy across all project submittals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years’ experience in document control, quality, or project coordination.
- Ability to work out of both the Houston (77038) and Conroe (77301) locations, depending on business needs.
- Familiarity with technical documentation such as spec sheets, inspection reports, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document control systems and customer portals.
