Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Adobe Sign workflows, including initiating, tracking, and closing electronic signature requests.
  • Accurately and efficiently data enter into tracking logs, databases, and other document control systems.
  • Maintain and update document control logs to ensure all records are current, complete, and properly organized.
  • Support document coordination activities, including version control, distribution, and archival of documents.
  • Follow established procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information, signatures, and approvals in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support related to document control, including preparing, formatting, and organizing documents.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and document templates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other channels to support document-related requests and status updates.
  • Ensure reliable attendance and consistent availability to support ongoing document control activities.
  • Assist with change control documentation processes as needed, following established change control procedures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, document coordination, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Adobe and Adobe Sign for document workflows and electronic signatures.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate document control systems quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Able to follow established procedures and SOPs consistently and precisely.
  • Reliable attendance and dependability in an onsite, full-time role.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work 100% onsite and support document control activities throughout the workday.
