Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the document management standard for the Program.
  • Understand and implement the requirements pertaining to the maintenance of project record documents according to the project contract.
  • Install, administer, and maintain the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating and maintaining all program/project documents.
  • Responsible for overseeing, providing guidance and instructions for document controls staff.
  • Establish and maintain a Document Control System (including tracking logs).
  • Maintain all contract documents – administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly reports, test results, meetings, drawings, program sketches general correspondences, etc., as it relates to the program.
  • Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
  • Oversees the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating, and maintaining all program/project documents.
  • Develops policies and procedures for document controls for client and program participants.
  • Oversees the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
  • Responsible for the program’s Document Control center.
  • Performs work in a safe manner and actively encourages others to comply with safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Construction Management, Program Management and/or Construction industry.
  • Must have experience directing employees.
  • Works efficiently while handling many tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain all contract documents – administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly reports, test results, meetings, drawings, program sketches general correspondences, etc., as it relates to the program.
  • Oversees the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
  • Responsible for the program’s Document Control center.
  • Performs work in a safe manner and actively encourages others to comply with safety rules and regulations.

  • Knowledge of organizational structure of company, familiar with Division Executives – clients, legal counsel, etc.

  • Program/service offered, and terminology used.

Essential Equipment and Software Requirements

  • Computer skills – MS office productivity suite includes Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Large format and small format (plotters, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Relational Databases – SharePoint is a plus.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent walking and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional standing; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
