Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the document management standard for the Program.
- Understand and implement the requirements pertaining to the maintenance of project record documents according to the project contract.
- Install, administer, and maintain the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating and maintaining all program/project documents.
- Responsible for overseeing, providing guidance and instructions for document controls staff.
- Establish and maintain a Document Control System (including tracking logs).
- Maintain all contract documents – administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly reports, test results, meetings, drawings, program sketches general correspondences, etc., as it relates to the program.
- Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
- Oversees the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating, and maintaining all program/project documents.
- Develops policies and procedures for document controls for client and program participants.

- Responsible for the program’s Document Control center.
- Performs work in a safe manner and actively encourages others to comply with safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Construction Management, Program Management and/or Construction industry.
- Must have experience directing employees.
- Works efficiently while handling many tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain all contract documents – administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly reports, test results, meetings, drawings, program sketches general correspondences, etc., as it relates to the program.

- Responsible for the program’s Document Control center.

Essential Equipment and Software Requirements
- Computer skills – MS office productivity suite includes Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Large format and small format (plotters, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Relational Databases – SharePoint is a plus.
