About the role
We're looking for a Document Control Administrator to support quality and compliance activities in our aerospace manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring technical documentation is accurate, controlled, and available to support production while helping maintain compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, databases, or administrative systems
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure critical technical documentation remains compliant, controlled, and audit ready
- Collaborate effectively with quality, engineering, and operations teams
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience maintaining records, documentation, databases, or administrative systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in document control, records management, technical data administration, or office administration
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or regulated business processes
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, quality assurance, engineering, legal, healthcare, government, or other documentation-driven environments
- Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, FAA, or other regulated quality management systems
- Experience working with engineering teams and senior leadership

Pay
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
Sign On Bonus: $500
Schedule
- First Shift (Monday-Friday)
- Typical schedule is: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Some flexibility may be available to accommodate individual scheduling needs while supporting business requirements
