Then EEO etc.
We need to remove EEO and military note.
We need to format sections.
We have:
- About the role (About The Position) -> heading
About the role
then paragraph(s) summarizing the two sentences.
- Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) -> heading Responsibilities
then list of duties. The duties are many semicolon-separated items; we can turn each into - . Need to preserve all details.
Let's extract duties list:
From "What You’ll Do" text:
"Serve as a faculty teaching within the program curricula for online, residency or dissertation classes; teach up to five classes within the academic year in accordance with teaching practices identified in the Faculty Handbook and by the practicing College and University administration; effectively use a mentor/coach approach to build productive educational relationships with students."
"Serve on dissertation committees or in an assigned role as a project chair, resource specialist, research methodologist, statistician, IRB expert, or panel validator; develop and maintain strong relationships by serving as a program resource for college and/or academic staff, faculty and students, and serve as a liaison for the College."
"Support the research methodology team by peer reviewing content for publication."
"Apply flexibility and creativity in meeting student needs, ensuring availability to students, responding to student issues and concerns, as needed, inside and outside of the classroom, based on the learning environment and according to University and College policy and instructional standards."
"Assist in developing and maintaining the quality and integrity of the College’s respective doctoral program, including the development and implementation of program goals and program integrity; Participate in programmatic accreditation activities, committees, and attendance at required meetings and student forums."

"Work remotely and maintain a home office environment, that is conducive to professionalism and student privacy, with capability of video conferencing for all College meetings."
"Perform other duties as required or apparent; NOTE: The Primary Accountabilities above are intended to describe the general content and requirements of the position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Incumbents may perform all or most of the Primary Accountabilities listed above. Specific goals or responsibilities will be documented in incumbents’ performance objectives as outlined by the incumbents’ immediate manager."
"Supervisory Responsibilities None"
We could keep the note as part of responsibilities? It's more meta; but we can include as a paragraph after list maybe. However instructions: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should put duties in list. The note is not a duty but a clarification; we could put it in a
after list.
"Supervisory Responsibilities None" maybe not needed as a duty; could be omitted as it's just stating none. Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive but minimal. Could include as a
maybe. But we can decide to include as a
after list: "Supervisory Responsibilities: None."
Now Requirements: We have Minimum Education And Related Work Experience, Additional Qualifications For Specific Programs, Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities.
We could combine into one Requirements section with sub-sections? But instructions: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have separate headings for each: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, etc. However we should avoid many thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. We could combine Education/Experience and Additional Qualifications into Requirements, and Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities into Skills. Or we could have Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (additional), Skills (preferred). That's three sections, still okay.
But we need to avoid headings with filler. All have content.
Let's parse Minimum Education And Related Work Experience text:
"Doctoral Instructor - Doctor of Education Program Doctoral degree in a field related to the content of the academic program, as describedDoctorate Educational Leadership or related degree requiring the successful completion of a dissertation ORMust have 1 year of leadership experience in (K-12 or higher education), educational technology, curriculum and development and Administration experienceDoctorate in any area requiring the successful completion of a dissertationMust have 3 years of leadership experience in (K-12 or higher education), educational technology, curriculum and development and Administration experienceKnowledge of adult education practices, curriculum development and academic content areaMust be a current University of Phoenix Associate Faculty member"
It seems messy due to missing spaces. Let's try to interpret:
- Doctoral Instructor - Doctor of Education Program
- Doctoral degree in a field related to the content of the academic program, as described
- Doctorate Educational Leadership or related degree requiring the successful completion of a dissertation OR
- Must have 1 year of leadership experience in (K-12 or higher education), educational technology, curriculum and development and Administration experience

We need to preserve all info; we can rewrite as clear bullet points.
Now Additional Qualifications For Specific Programs:
