Dockhand/Boat Rentals

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with boat rentals, including providing safety instructions and operational guidance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of boats and dock area.
• Help with launching and retrieving boats from the water.
• Monitor dock and rental equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate rental records and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries or concerns.
• Aid with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dock operations, boat rentals, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and assist with boat handling.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
