About the role
We are expanding our team of experienced and skilled instructors to support our growing Practical Electric Bike Technician program. This course is known for its strong practical approach, offering students a realistic work environment where they can practice and learn.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor students to become fully qualified electric bike technicians ready for the job market.
- Work closely with colleagues and be open to feedback.
- Show initiative and share your knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience as an electric bike technician.
- Prioritizing candidates who have worked in either the main or auxiliary profession in a bicycle shop.
- A specialist in electric bikes/e-bikes.
- Passion and patience when working with students.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to share your expertise.
- No pedagogical diploma required by Syntra, but motivation and enthusiasm to pass on your passion are essential.
- Availability on one day (08:45–16:15) and/or one evening (18:30–22:00) from September 2026 to June 2027.
- An agreed-upon lesson plan with us based on your schedule (day and/or evening).
- An inspiring learning environment where you can share your experience and love for electric bike technology.

- A coach to guide you with practical tips and tricks for a strong lesson approach.
Qualifications
A pedagogical diploma is not required by Syntra, but motivation and enthusiasm to pass on your passion are essential.
