DOC Technician
About the role
This role is ideal for a technical professional with strong multi-platform expertise and hands-on experience supporting CNO/CNE operations. You will perform system analysis across diverse operating systems, support mission workflows, assist with capability testing, and collaborate with cyber operators, engineers, and developers to ensure operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and troubleshooting systems across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android
- Supporting capability testing, evaluation, and operational workflows
- Understanding system internals, OS behaviors, and network fundamentals
- Documenting findings, preparing reports, and supporting mission planning
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for automation and data parsing
- Collaborating with technical teams and providing system-level insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements
The DOC Technician will have a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in CNO/CNE operations, including:
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting systems across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android
- Ability to support capability testing, evaluation, and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of system internals, OS behaviors, and network fundamentals
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python for automation and data parsing
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and provide system-level insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
