Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. • Schedule donors' next blood donation at a local blood drive
• Support Vitalant's life-saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors
• Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential
• Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals
• Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service
• Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donors and management

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred

• Customer service skills
• Ability to engage with donors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
