Job Description
Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. - Schedule donors' next blood donation at a local blood drive
- Support Vitalant's life-saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors
- Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential
- Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals
- Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service
- Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donors and management

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
