Responsibilities

• Strong ability to coach teams in Lean-Agile principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Effective communication skills to ensure alignment and transparency across diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in synthesizing visions, roadmaps, and backlogs for strategic alignment.
