DMOS5 Diffusion/Implant Process Technician - Day Shift (C Shift)
Responsibilities
- Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers.
- Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line.
- Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements: High School diploma/GED, 18 years of age or older.
- One of the following: 3 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
- Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as Process Technician in Diffusion/Implant.
- Identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance.
- Learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed.
- Outstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quickly ramp on new tools and processes.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong time management skills.
