DMOS5 Diffusion/Implant Process Technician - Day Shift (C Shift)

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers.
• Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line.
• Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High School diploma/GED, 18 years of age or older.
• One of the following: 3 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.
• Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as Process Technician in Diffusion/Implant.
• Identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance.
• Learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed.
• Outstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quickly ramp on new tools and processes.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
• Strong time management skills.
