How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)

  • Complete timely delivery/pick-up of equipment and route completion based on time benchmarks and to service excellence standards.
  • Move, assemble, and disassemble durable medical equipment as required by applicable regulatory requirements, safety standards, and in-house policies/procedures/protocols.
  • Train users on safe operation, use, and storage of equipment.
  • Ensure that assigned vehicle is in working order, maintained, and stocked.
  • Participate in DME weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities.

Warehouse Operations

  • Clean returned equipment as required by applicable regulatory requirements, safety standards, and in-house policies/procedures/protocols.
  • Perform repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Making recommendations on replacement of damaged items.
  • Monitor inventory of warehouse stock items and supplies.
  • Request additional items and supplies as appropriate.
  • Assist with annual physical count audit.

You Bring (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle, required
  • Beginner Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
  • Ability to use industry specific software
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff, donors, and organizational intellectual property
  • Ability to work at various Agrace locations
  • Ability to use proper body mechanics and standard precautions
  • Ability to participate in the DME program weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities
