Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end DMC project delivery for assigned projects — design, manufacturing, construction, and closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve all program tools and processes for assigned projects: schedules, buyout logs, change order logs, financial forecasts, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead execution of vendor and subcontractor contracts; Owner Invoices and change order management; JCR forecasting and financial reporting; FKOP transfer; module custody transfer; Program Buyout (MFG, FKOP/DTS, Subcontractors); and QFL execution and corrective action closure.
- Manage project financials: forecasting, cost control, change management, and reporting.
- Present project performance at Executive Review.
- Cross-functionally across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Warranty, and Program Accounting.
- Represent assigned projects in enterprise forums: weekly POSR, QFL, and Executive Review.
- Identify cost, schedule, and scope risks; escalate appropriately; drive proactive resolution.
- Lead structured project launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Mentor and develop APM Is and APM IIs; contribute to the professional growth of the Program Management Group.
- Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement of our program management systems.
- Support estimating efforts with a data-driven analytical approach; develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects in construction or manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information for executive and client audiences.
- Demonstrated accountability for end-to-end project delivery in a design-build, modular, or integrated delivery environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, Power Query, pivot tables, and dashboards).
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling, with demonstrated experience across multiple scheduling platforms (MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and construction disciplines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage complex schedules.
- Experience with client interaction, reporting, and expectation management.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, innovative organization.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per month depending on project phase and assignment.
Preferred
- Demonstrated experience in estimating, cost analysis, or data analytics within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with CAD, Revit, or SolidWorks models.
- Strong understanding of cost modeling and financial analysis.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or data modeling tools.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, statistical modeling, or data engineering concepts.
- Experience with modular construction or design-build environments.
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude.ai, Claude Code, Lovable, or Replit, with demonstrated application to project delivery workflows.
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet dashboards).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or a comparable ERP platform.
- Relevant professional certification (PMP, ASHE CHC, LEED AP, or similar).
