This position operates within Philippine travel/DMC operations spanning leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE. The DMC Operations Coordinator ensures operational control by maintaining clear separation of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing DMC-focused coordination tasks.
The role requires maintaining visible checkpoints for every action—including source, owner, status, and next steps—within the context of Philippine travel/DMC operations. Work is evaluated based on traceability, ownership of unresolved items, and prevention of downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Maintain DMC operations-focused coordination with business support, ensuring checkpoints include source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking for DMC operations.
- Coordinate workflow and deadline management, leaving visible audit trails for all tasks.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support DMC operations.
- Enforce document quality control with source verification to prevent errors.
- Apply Shroff Travel workflow context and operations coordination confidently in a DMC-focused environment.
- Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote work only when source verification, workflow management, and deadline management meet security and traceability standards.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain operational control under the demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations (leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE).
- Strong coordination skills with a focus on traceability, ownership of unresolved items, and error prevention.
- Proficiency in workflow management, deadline tracking, and status reporting.
- Attention to detail in documentation, source verification, and process compliance.
- Judgment in follow-ups and issue escalation within a DMC-focused environment.
Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
