Divisional Vice President of Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and gross margin targets
• Enhance Customer Partnership Health Scores to exceed customer experience goals
• Support budgeting, P&L, and DC goals by understanding account activities and business functions
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to exceed sales goals and drive performance excellence
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to develop innovative sales strategies
• Communicate the company's vision, goals, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and support sales initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with long-term vision for achieving objectives
• Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear articulation of strategies
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands in dynamic environments
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy for data-driven decision making

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
