Division Vice President, Inpatient Operations

About the role

The Division Vice President (DVP) will lead the operations of DaVita's Rising Tides Hospital Services division across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. This role oversees 85+ hospital programs, 550 teammates, and approximately $125M+ in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the team, from directors to registered nurses.
• Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth.
• Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on expansions.
• Cultivate hospital relationships to generate additional partnerships.
• Manage contract agreements and negotiate pricing.

Requirements

• Leadership of a multi-site operational business.
• Healthcare experience.
• Proven experience leading a large, high performing team.
• Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business.
• Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise.
• Proven success engaging with hospitals and health systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive management experience required.

Pay

The Salary Range for the role is $215,000.00 - $275,000.00/year.
