About the role

Join Orkin as the Northeast Division Recruiter and help build a pipeline of talented individuals at all levels. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Region Management across multiple states to understand their business and staffing needs. Success is measured by implementing strong recruiting strategies and developing relationships within your markets and with business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Regional Leadership to understand talent needs and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Recruit and select top talent for both frontline and management roles across multiple branches.
  • Build tailored sourcing strategies for each role in partnership with Hiring Managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, facilitate hiring manager interviews, and manage selection processes.
  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience with timely feedback and communication.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously improve results.
  • Travel to branch locations to assess, support, and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as the division’s subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System and the “WHO” interview process.
  • Lead divisional recruitment programs such as job fairs, social media campaigns, campus hiring, and internship initiatives in collaboration with corporate TA and regional teams.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel, sometimes overnight, within the division footprint.
  • 1–3 years experience with ATS platforms, job boards, databases, and social media recruitment.
  • 3 years experience working independently in the field.
  • 3–5 years interviewing and assessing candidates across roles.
  • 3–5 years experience with generally accepted recruiting practices.

Pay

Competitive base salary between $70,000 – $80,000/year.
