Responsibilities Work with faculty to support students throughout the instructional dayProvide a caring and safe classroom experience for students.Model mindful language, compassion and leadership.Perform additional teaching duties as assigned.Follow any plans or units of instruction as indicated by classroom faculty Essential Qualifications.At least two years of paid classroom experience working with children (ages 2–5 preferred.)Able to work a minimum of standard business hours Monday–Friday.Must demonstrate a deep respect for childhood and excitement for being a leader in teaching and learning.Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education a plus.
