Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure division performance meets strategic and contractual goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor business plans, budgets, and policies to support growth and profitability
- Lead, coach, and evaluate team members engaged in legal support work
- Work closely with the sales team and the records retrieval team to support client acquisition, onboarding, and retention; participate in sales presentations and strategic accounts engagement
- Collaborate with offshore support teams and the records retrieval team to ensure seamless execution, accuracy, and service delivery aligned with client expectations
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices
- Represent the company’s values and commitment to quality in every interaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pre-law, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role in a service-based or legal support environment preferred
- Proven experience supporting sales or business development efforts in a service-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- High level of proficiency with modern productivity and workflow software
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting
