Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance and direction of the Titan division.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Evaluate business performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and development for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented culture.
  • Drive division revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and market expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for dealer and distributor channels.
  • Identify opportunities for new markets, partnerships, and product applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning, campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.
  • Support key account relationships and high-level customer interactions.
  • Use marketplace insight and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product direction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational performance, inventory flow, fulfillment coordination, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to improve operational effectiveness and inventory management.
  • Support forecasting, inventory planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure operational processes scale effectively with business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, systems, and customer experience.
  • Manage division budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Analyze reporting and performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support division priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Present division updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with product development and leadership teams to identify product enhancements and innovation opportunities.
  • Help prioritize customer-driven improvements and market-responsive solutions.
  • Ensure Titan maintains a high standard of customer support, product knowledge, and service responsiveness.
  • Monitor customer feedback, warranty trends, and service concerns to identify improvement opportunities.

About the Role

Titan Post Drivers, a division of Kencove Farm Fence, is seeking an experienced, strategic, and growth-oriented Division Manager to lead the overall performance, direction, and expansion of the Titan business unit. This role is responsible for overseeing division operations, sales growth, market strategy, product positioning, customer experience, team leadership, and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership or management experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams, projects, and operational initiatives.
  • Strong business, sales, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent analytical, problems-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and business software.
