Job Details Description Divison Manager Salary: $62,000/yr Location: Newark, DE What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring compliance with Agency and regulatory standards through regular scheduled/unscheduled site visits and auditsCoordinate and develop Individual Plans (IPs), serving as the main point of contact for individuals served and their care teamsMaintain accurate records in the Client Profile System (CPS) and ensure timely documentationReview timesheets, monitor budgets, and manage Individual Maintenance AllowancesEnsure health and safety compliance, including timely incident reporting and emergency responseSupervise House Managers and indirectly oversee direct support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsParticipate in hiring, admissions/transfers, and staff meetingsEnsure fundamental rights compliance (HRASC) and support corrective action plans as neededAssume on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in education, human services, psychology, social sciences, or related field strongly preferredExperience: 2 years managing multiple residential sites; 2 years supervisory experience; 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilitiesValid driver's license and acceptable driving record requiredEquivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered What’s in it for you?
