The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine seeks an accomplished academic Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to serve as Division Director for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Advance clinical, educational, and research excellence across the division
• Mentor faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students
• Support expansion of regional outreach and telemedicine services
• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration and programmatic growth
• Lead faculty recruitment, retention, and professional development
• Promote innovation in quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
• Academic accomplishments consistent with appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience preferred
• Strong record of clinical excellence, scholarship, and mentorship
