What You'll Lead

  • Develop and execute the long-term clinical vision and strategic roadmap for BAYADA's Skilled Nursing practice.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational priorities, identify emerging market opportunities, and position the organization for sustainable growth.
  • Champion innovative approaches that improve care delivery while enhancing operational and financial performance.

Innovation & Care Transformation

  • Evaluate and implement innovative care models, technology solutions, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital health strategies.
  • Anticipate changes across healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and regulatory environments while proactively positioning the organization for future success.

Clinical Excellence & Performance

  • Establish and maintain industry-leading standards for clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes.
  • Drive measurable improvements across quality metrics, patient satisfaction, value-based performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice throughout the organization.

Executive Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical leadership teams across multiple markets.
  • Inspire leaders through coaching, succession planning, and executive development.
  • Partner across clinical, operational, finance, human resources, and technology teams to execute enterprise initiatives and drive organizational alignment.

Value-Based Care & Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead the organization's clinical strategy supporting value-based care, population health, and evolving reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with payer partners, health systems, and executive stakeholders to strengthen strategic relationships and expand innovative care partnerships.
  • Align clinical strategy with business objectives to improve quality, patient outcomes, and long-term financial performance.

Data-Driven Leadership

  • Leverage enterprise analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish meaningful executive dashboards that increase visibility, accountability, and organizational performance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve patient care and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive clinical leadership within home health, post-acute care, or complex healthcare organizations.
  • Both Adult and pediatric clinical leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale clinical transformation, innovation, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, population health, healthcare reimbursement, and evolving care delivery models.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Pay

Base salary: $185,000–$200,000, based on qualifications.

Annuial incentive opportunity of up to 25% of base salary.

Schedule

Remote executive leadership position with approximately 25% travel.

Candidates located in the eastern U.S. region are preferred.
