Director, Clinical Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Affairs and leadership on strategic initiative deployment
• Identify and address gaps in adopting new initiatives
• Mobilize resources across departments to support new processes
• Hold teams accountable for implementation targets
• Act as a connector among various teams for intervention prioritization
• Propose and develop pilots for performance enhancements
• Disseminate best practices to ensure successful program administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in strategy and/or operations management, especially in multi-site services
• Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management
• Proven success in a matrixed environment for strategic initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical and business reporting skills
• High emotional intelligence and aspirational mindset
