We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. We have: Overview (description). Then Major Duties and Responsibilities (list). Then Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements, About ORNL (benefits etc), Relocation, etc. We need to map to sections: - About the role: could be overview description (the first paragraph). Should be a

. - Responsibilities: Major Duties and Responsibilities (list). Use

  • . - Requirements: Basic Qualifications? Might be considered Requirements. Could combine Basic and Preferred? But we have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide what content goes where. We have Basic Qualifications (must have). Preferred Qualifications (nice to have). Skills maybe from leadership, interpersonal etc. Could put skills under Skills heading. We have Benefits: About ORNL includes benefits list. Also relocation assistance maybe part of benefits. Pay: Not specified. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Not specified. So no Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Pay and Schedule. We need to include Benefits section if there is real specific content: yes, benefits list. We need to include Qualifications section: maybe combine Basic and Preferred? Or separate? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Basic and Preferred into Qualifications. But we also have Skills heading; maybe we can put leadership, interpersonal etc under Skills. Let's structure:

    About the role

    Overview paragraph(s).

    Responsibilities

    • ...

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications: ...

    Preferred Qualifications: ...

    But maybe better to have
for each? The qualifications are sentences, not list items. Could keep as

      .

      Skills

Leadership, interpersonal, communication, business management, strategic vision, etc.

We need to extract from text: "Candidates must have strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and business management skills, with a proven record of developing and executing a technical vision and strategy..." Also "demonstrated humility and service-focused leadership". Also "strategic leadership experience managing organizations of significant scale". Also "ability to build and maintain productive external partnerships". Also "ability to manage within a labor agreement". Also "demonstrated success implementing technology solutions through collaboration..." etc. Could list as bullet list. But we must not invent details; we can summarize but must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing may be okay if we keep the info but not lose detail? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not condense or lose details; we should keep the specifics. So we need to keep the exact qualifications statements, not just summarize. So better to keep them as paragraphs. Thus maybe we don't need a separate Skills section; we can put leadership etc under Qualifications. But the instruction says we can use those headings if we have content. If we don't have distinct skills content separate from qualifications, we could omit Skills heading. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We need to omit metadata like Requisition Id, etc. Could fold into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can either drop it or include a short p. Probably drop it to keep minimal. Thus output:
