Division Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Division Compliance Manager (DCM) to oversee the trade compliance activities across multiple manufacturing plants within our division at Precision Castparts Corp.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations comply with U.S. export regulations, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), EAR (Export Administration Regulations), and Customs requirements.
• Manage trade compliance teams, conduct internal audits, and provide expert advice on complex trade compliance issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust trade compliance program.
• Work closely with the legal department on compliance matters, including investigations and reporting of potential violations.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory updates, conduct audits, and ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Be proficient in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system, including filing Electronic Export Information (EEIs) and running compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in trade compliance management.
• Strong understanding of U.S. export regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and Customs requirements.
• Experience managing trade compliance teams and conducting internal audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system.
