About The Role

The Company is in search of a Division Chief for Hematology Oncology and Medical Director for its Cancer Center. The successful candidate will be a visionary physician leader, providing strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the division and the cancer center.

  • Continued development of a multidisciplinary oncology program
  • Directing multi-disciplinary clinical services
  • Increasing clinical trials while strengthening collaborations with various research entities
  • Advancing academic scholarship and increasing extramural funding
  • Retaining, recruiting, mentoring, and developing oncology faculty
  • Engaging in direct patient care
  • Advising and providing oversight of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • ABMS Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • ABMS Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical leadership experience
  • Preference for additional years in clinical practice, leadership, research, and a demonstrated track record in clinical trials, scholarship, and extramural funding
