Diversity of People AND Opinions (DPAO)

The DPAO Video Course, Online Classes, and Private Consultations aim to provide simple tools for communication that allow people of different races, cultures, genders, identities, and ages to engage in free and open discussions.

• JISC - Jokes, Ignorance, Stereotypes, Criticism

• SISC - Social Identity Sensitivity Check

• PREP - Personal Responsibility Encouraging Personal Politeness

• SHAWR - Sexual Harassment, and Workplace Relationships

Requirements

Volunteers must be able to create engaging and informative videos about the DPAO workshop. They should be familiar with the content and able to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner. Experience in video production, storytelling, and sensitivity towards diverse topics is preferred.

Schedule

Volunteers will work on their assigned module during their available time, with deadlines set for each module completion. Regular check-ins will be scheduled to ensure progress and address any questions or concerns.
