About the role
- Conducts comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develops and implements marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Monitors campaign performance and adjusts strategies as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manages social media accounts to engage with the community and promote city events.
- Works closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
- Ensures compliance with advertising regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and SEM techniques.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
