About the role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.

  • Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Schedule

Part-time, 20 hours per week anticipated.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $76.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations.
