About the role
UG2 is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Supervisor to oversee operations for our Inland Empire region. This leadership role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality janitorial and facilities services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, and warehouse environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of janitorial and facilities management services across 5M+ square feet of managed space.
- Lead a team of supervisors, site managers, and janitorial staff to ensure consistent service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure contract compliance, including staffing levels, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop personnel to foster a high-performing and service-oriented team.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, payroll, and procurement, to support branch operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations or facilities management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large commercial portfolios and multiple client sites.
- Strong knowledge of janitorial/facilities services industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management systems.
