District Service Manager
This is a territory-based role in the Seattle, WA area focused on supporting and managing dealerships within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of assigned dealer base while assessing the knowledge level of the technical staff
- Assess and make recommendations for organizational improvements, staffing, and training needs to best support Konica Minolta products
- Submit reports on dealer visitation as well as technical information of Konica Minolta product performance in the field
- Conduct seminars/workshops for current product and new product introduction
- Service training on all products; effectively troubleshoot and repair problem equipment including Production Print Color and Monochrome products
- Work closely with internal technical and engineering staff to define, communicate, and resolve potential issues
- Support direct branch requests as needed
- Work closely with sales counterparts to communicate dealer information and needs
Requirements
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of Service Management software
- Ability to resolve both technical and customer relations issues
- Insight to assist the Dealer Principal/Service Manager in assessing the managerial and technical abilities of the service staff
- Advise on implementation of appropriate development activities
- Current and thorough knowledge of all Konica Minolta products
- Understand, communicate, and support all Konica Minolta policies
- Desire to continually learn while maintaining industry certifications
- Extensive travel (approximately 80%)
- A+, Network+, CDIA, MCP, MCSE certifications desired
