About the role

The Brasseler DSM I is responsible for achieving gross profit and sales targets for their geographical area, building market share, and strengthening the Brasseler brand. Daily work involves delivering the Brasseler value proposition to customers across segments including dental offices, laboratories, schools, government facilities, institutions, and other key customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve gross profit targets for the territory through sales performance.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using the Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM system to manage the sales funnel.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Schedule & Physical Demands

  • Travel is typically required, with long periods of driving.
  • Position typically works in a stable office environment (on-site or remote).
  • Routine duties may require sitting for extended periods, talking, hearing, keyboarding, handling objects, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, stretching, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
