Oversee sales execution within a designated geographic area, leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with key customers, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district targets and increase market share.
- Recruit, train, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement; set performance goals and regularly evaluate team progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders; address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats; adjust sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management; communicate performance insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Solutions, Corporate Accounts, Vertical Management, BDM Team, Training, and Product Development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage district sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development programs for the sales team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales activities (e.g., CRM compliance, Pipeline Management, Activity Management, and Expense Protocols).
- Travel with every Account Manager once a quarter for a minimum of three days in succession.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all Account Managers.
- Meet with Account Managers regularly to coach Pipeline.
- Facilitate Team Calls with a minimum monthly cadence.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with Account Managers and Key Customers quarterly.
- Drive Solutions adoption and expand customer share through Solution Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated computer and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Industry client relations experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle.
- Flexible work schedule with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel expected (up to 70%).

Pay
$95,000/yr. Pay is based on several factors which vary by position, including labor markets and, in some instances, education, skills, work experience, and certifications. Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive bonus program, which depends on various factors including organizational performance.
