About the role

Oversees all activities of the Metro Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers within the district. Establishes performance goals and development plans for sales management and personnel, monitors performance, and handles hiring, training, and termination within the District.

Responsible for pricing strategies, strategic sales plans, and district-wide revenue plans, ensuring alignment with company initiatives. Coordinates sales activities with other departments (Operations, IT, Call Center, Credit, Training, National Accounts, Marketing, Fleet).

Oversees compensation structure, performance-based pay, and the evaluation and alignment of sales territories and quotas. Identifies growth opportunities, develops sales-related communication, and ensures customer development and maintenance.

Promotes efficiency through reporting tools, streamlined processes, and decision-making. Works closely with the District Operations Manager to ensure connectivity to sales strategies, quality control, and proper fleet management.

  • Coordinate sales activities with other departments (Operations, IT, Call Center, Credit, Training, National Accounts, Marketing, Fleet).
  • Oversee compensation structure and performance-based pay.
  • Identify growth opportunities in markets and verticals.
  • Develop and implement sales-related communication.
  • Evaluate and align sales territories, quotas, and personnel.
  • Ensure customer development and maintenance within the District.
  • Promote efficiency through reporting tools and streamlined processes.
  • Collaborate with District Operations Manager on sales strategies, quality control, and fleet management.

Requirements

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to translate plans into actions.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Previous sales and sales management experience with large accounts.
  • Ability to meet performance, productivity, and efficiency standards.
  • Previous sales management experience.

Pay

Salary range is between $108,000 to $145,000, based on skills and experience.
