Alachua County Public Schools (ACPS) has an immediate opening for a full-time school psychologist on a 10-month (196-day) contract with a 7.5-hour workday. Summer contract work of up to 25 days may also be available.

About the role

ACPS school psychologists provide a wide range of services, including psychoeducational evaluations, consultation, crisis intervention, and counseling support.

Pay

Salaries are based on degree and years of experience, with a $5,000 psychologist supplement provided in addition to the regular pay scale.

Located in North Central Florida, Alachua County serves Gainesville and its surrounding communities. The area offers a unique blend of college-town vitality and protected natural beauty, situated within two hours of Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
