About the role
The District Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations within a specific district, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the district, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff management.
- Ensure compliance with all district policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality services are provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with district stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in operations management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
