Responsibilities
- Develop district sales performance to meet or exceed company objectives
- Implement and oversee district sales strategy through the team
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Provide feedback and support to sales representatives to address performance challenges
- Analyze team performance against sales and territory data
- Recruit and coach applicants to create a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and high ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
- Experience as a District Manager or in medical devices/healthcare sales is a plus
- Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight stays
- Residency in district geography required
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record necessary
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
