Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Unit Retail Leadership
    • Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district
    • Manage and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams
    • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement
    • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience
    • Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning
    • Sales Management & Revenue Growth
      • Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals
      • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans
      • Maintain key business metrics including:
        • Revenue
        • Conversion Rates
        • Customer Acquisition
        • Customer Retention
        • Gross Profit
        • Productivity
        • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
      • Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve results
      • Partner with Store Managers to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency
    • Talent Development & Coaching
      • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing retail leaders
      • Conduct performance evaluations and leadership coaching sessions
      • Create development plans for Store Managers and emerging leaders
      • Partner with Leadership and Training teams to implement sales training programs
      • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement
    • Retail Operations Management
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
      • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and store presentation
      • Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
      • Maintain consistency in execution across all district locations
      • Ensure stores meet company standards for compliance, safety, and customer experience
    • Customer Experience Leadership
      • Champion a customer-first culture throughout the district
      • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
      • Support teams in resolving escalated customer concerns
      • Ensure stores consistently deliver exceptional service experiences

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience
    • 5+ years of experience in:
      • District Management
      • Area Management
      • Multi-Unit Retail Management
      • Retail Operations Leadership
      • Sales Management
    • Proven track record of leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals
    • Experience developing managers and high-performing teams
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
    • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
