District Manager - Northern Minnesota
Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. Founded in 1969, we supply Powersports Dealers across the U.S. with top helmet brands including SHOEI, HJC, and Alpinestars, as well as apparel brands like Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU. Our headquarters and distribution center are located in Calabasas Hills, CA, with an additional distribution point in Southaven, MS, and our digital marketing team in Lake Oswego, OR.
About the role
The District Manager will provide on-site and in-field support to current dealers while prospecting new dealers to drive growth in the Northern Minnesota territory. This role involves merchandising, inventory control, order compilation, research, and new product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and in-field support to current dealers
- Prospect and onboard new dealers to expand the territory
- Perform merchandising, inventory control, and order compilation
- Conduct research and demonstrate new products
- Travel within the territory, including occasional overnight stays
Requirements
- Strong desire for success with a team-player attitude
- Proven communication skills and proficiency with modern technology
- Extreme self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle with insurance, and residency within the territory
