About the role

Casey’s District Managers oversee 12–15 locations in an assigned area and play a vital role in executing Casey’s strategic initiatives, driving sales, and ensuring that Casey’s is Here for Good!

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and engage Store Managers and Team Members
• Build team cohesion among managers and develop customized career paths
• Adapt effectively during change and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals
• Deliver financial performance in the district through effective P&L management
• Drive the best guest experience and a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork
• Travel to provide a continued presence in stores

Requirements

• Preferred knowledge of retail operations and financial reporting
• Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to various business scenarios
• Accountability for financial performance and guest experience outcomes

Pay

Starting pay range: $88,700 – $110,900. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
